I found that I was doing 5 times the marketing of some of my competitors using custom HTML sites, but they were always beating me out in the SERPs. This proved to me that Google cares quite about how a website is coded, hosted, and presented. I understood that if my website was more Google friendly, I would most likely rank much greater with all of the SEO and content market work that I am doing.
As quickly as my REW site was introduced, I started receiving exponentially more traffic from all of the content marketing that I had been doing. The most sought-after property keyword in my city is "Homes for Sale in Colorado Springs". My Word, Press site never appeared on the first 10 pages.
I started showing up for much of my other city-specific keywords too. Do not anticipate to buy a REW website and simply begin to receive leads. There are plenty of REW sites in my area that never ever come up in the SERPs. If check here do heavy material marketing and SEO work, REW websites perform fantastic.
It's been nice having somebody else invest time on my website. It's very tough to discover time to deal with my website when I'm out showing houses and composing contracts. I have actually invested many late nights working on my Word, Press site and was continuously tweaking it. I do not have access to my CSS and HTML files on my REW website, which is excellent and bad.
I no longer need to deal with 3rd party plugins on my site. I believe that Google views Word, Press realty websites like a Frankenstein beast. Google sees information coming from the host where the Word, Press site is hosted, data originating from the IDX server, and data from all the additional plugins.
REW gathers the information from the MLS (rather quickly) and hosts all of the information from one server. When Google sees the information, it appears to enjoy the way it is hosted. This is why REW websites (and other completely custom property sites) perform so well in the SERPs.
